Every web site we host includes complete ftp access
(file transfer protocol). FTP is a standard interent
system that allows you to quickly upload or download
files from a web server.
When your account is initially set up we don't automatically
configure FTP access. Since we'll most likely be creating
your site we'll also take care of uploading all files.
Some clients wish to edit their sites once we are done
and request ftp access at that time. If you would like
us to assign you a FTP user name and password simply
email us with your request. Please include your name,
any password you'd like and which domain you need access
to.

from shareware.com)

SPECIAL NOTE: Some programs like CuteFTP also require
you to choose a setting that tells it you are connecting
to a UNIX server. Unless you set this, file names will
be displayed improperly.
